Appointments

Booking an Appointment

Surgeries are organised using an appointment system. Appointments can be made by telephone (623577) or by presenting to reception in person.

Appointments can also be made online, please call into the surgery to register for this. For more information on this please see our Patient Access page or log in below.

Urgent Medical Problems

For urgent medical problems, patients will be seen the same day but not necessarily by the doctor of their choice.

If you wish to see a specific doctor or practice nurse, there may be a slight delay.

If you need an urgent appointment please telephone before 11am. Please help the receptionists by telling them whether or not your problem is medically urgent.

Who am I best to see?

Consider self management in all circumstances, however we accept you msy have tried this and require more specialist help.

Local Pharmacists, opticians and dentist can all provide emergency support for you.  Please consider one of these.

Our healthcare assistant can help you with having blood taking, BP monitoring or checks, ECG (heart tracing), Spirometry (breathing tests) and ear syringing.

When a doctor is not immediately available, please be aware that our Practice Nurse has a wide remit, including an active role in chronic disease management, screening clinics such as smears, immunisation, and may often be able to help.
