If you need to see a doctor and are unable to attend the practice, please contact us before 10.30am. The reception staff will ask for details of your illness, this information is important for the doctor to triage and priorities the visits.
A doctor or nurse may call you back as it could be that your problem can be addressed by telephone advice or that it could be more appropriate to send a nurse or, indeed, arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
