Order Repeat Medication Online

Prescriptions may be requested by using the re-order slip or by handing in a written note to the surgery. Outwith surgery hours, there is a letterbox to the right of the front door of the surgery. You may also order by completing the online form below. We can only accept prescriptions requests over the telephone from patients who are housebound.

Repeat prescription requests are usually available for collection two working days after you have requested them. Items that are not on your repeat prescription may take longer.

You may also request your prescription by post and providing a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed, we will return your prescription to you.

You may choose to join the prescription pick-up service and nominate one of the local pharmacies that currently provide this service to pick up your prescription and have the medication dispensed ready for collection at the pharmacy. If you choose this method, your prescription will continue to go to your chosen pharmacy until you direct the surgery otherwise. You must allow 3 working days if you choose to use this service before collecting your medication from the pharmacy. A form to join this service can be obtained from your chosen pharmacy.

Prescriptions should be ordered no earlier than one week before they are due.  If ordered too early they will not be processed.

Please order in good time before public holidays, especially at Christmas and New Year.
