If you wish to make a suggestion to improve the quality of our service or have a complaint about any aspect of your care and treatment at the Surgery, you are encouraged to write or speak to Mrs Jennifer Douglas, Practice Manager who will deal with appropriately as per agreed NHS Complaints Practice.
